Happy Halloween!

I don’t actually [intentionally] celebrate Halloween but Happy Halloween to those who do! It’s only become a big[ish] thing in the UK in recent years so it’s all still a little strange to me. I went to a Catholic Primary School (kindergarten) and Christian High School so Halloween wasn’t something promoted much given that it’s a pagan holiday.

Don’t get me wrong, despite going to a Christian High School, there was ethnic and religious diversity so we acknowledged Christmas, Diwali, Eid, Hanukkah, Chinese New Year and any other pertinent major holiday. Halloween just didn’t happen to be one of them.

I was recently in a garden centre and got a little carried away with their Halloween display. Evidence below. Let me know if you celebrate and if so, what you’re doing / dressing up as?

Scary or sexy,
which costume are you wearing?
While I sit at home.
